The practice of respiratory therapy is regulated in Saskatchewan under The Respiratory Therapists Act, Chapter R-22.0002 (effective April 1, 2009).
The Saskatchewan Association of Respiratory Therapists Inc., incorporated pursuant to The Non-profit Corporations Act, 1995, is continued as the Saskatchewan College of Respiratory Therapists.
